Our modern plant includes two most modern furnaces i.e. Mains Frequency Channel Induction Melting Furnace and Coreless Melting Furnace for different alloys for Ingots and Billets, Heavy Extrusion Press for Extrusion of Brass Rods (Brass Extrusion), Sections and Profiles, Hollows Rods, Flats (Rectangular Bars), Efficient Draw Benches and Annealing Facilities, and other machines. Our testing facilities are among the most advanced in the country and includes among other equipments Spectrometer (26 Channels Direct Reading Optical Emission), Electronic and Computerized UTM, Impact Testing Machines, Hardness Testing, High Powered Conductivity etc, Izode Testing, Mercury Nitrate Testing.
